Rates and Policies

Rates

As of September 2022, tuition is $83/$68/$45 for 60/45/30 minute lessons. 

Note: Piano lessons are offered at all lengths, voice lessons are offered at 60 and 45 minute lengths.

Students typically pay by the month, although weekly payment arrangements may be made in advance if needed.

We teach throughout the calendar year, with occasional holiday vacations announced in advance.

Discounts for multiple students in the family are offered, if requested!

Policies

MAKE-UP POLICY

Due to Student Vacation/Illness…
One free makeup opportunity per quarter…extra makeups, when possible, will cost 1/3 of the normal lesson cost.

Due to Teacher Vacation/Illness…
Lessons missed will be made-up ASAP at students’ convenience.  If this isn’t possible, missed lessons will be credited to the next billing period.

Due to the nature of private music teaching, we do not currently offer any type of refund due to student-missed lessons.


ILLNESS POLICY 

Covid-19
Please contact us if you have been exposed or have been showing symptoms. Trevor works with immune-compromised infants and toddlers and we, therefore, must employ an abundance of caution.

Colds/flus 
If there are symptoms in your household, please contact us to find a different time to reschedule, or to do Zoom lessons for the week.

Stomach illness
Please cancel/reschedule lessons until all members of your household have been symptom-free for at least 72 hours.

REFERRAL CREDIT

A $25 credit will be put toward your next payment for every new student that you refer to the studio.

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP

​In the case of financial hardship, it may be possible to make other arrangements.
